Teavana signs on at 3630 Peachtreee: Teavana Corp. will move its Atlanta headquarters to 3630 Peachtree, a new 34-story Buckhead office tower. Teavana, a company that was founded in 1997 and operates a chain of mall-based tea stores, will also relocate its store support and training center as part of a nearly 20,000-square-foot lease at 3630 Peachtree.
